Kristen is a civil litigation lawyer practising primarily in plaintiff personal injury and insurance defence litigation.

Kristen has represented clients in the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia and advises clients in a broad range of matters, including complex personal injury cases, product liability, occupiers’ liability, mass tort claims, class actions, sexual abuse, and insurance disputes.

Kristen is a passionate legal advocate, dedicated to finding practical and innovative solutions.

Before becoming a lawyer, Kristen was a political staffer with the BC Public Service and an International Election Observer with Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe.  She has worked on various girls’ education projects in Ghana and has volunteered with pro-bono legal service centres to help low-income individuals navigate a variety of legal issues.

Raised in White Rock, B.C., Kristen now resides in Vancouver, BC with her partner and new puppy Cosmo. Kristen enjoys traveling, snowboarding, paddleboarding, hiking, spin classes, and enjoying meals with friends and family.
