Courtney is a litigation paralegal currently practicing in the areas of civil litigation and estate litigation. 

Courtney’s prior experience includes personal injury claims, WCB-subrogation claims, and corporate commercial litigation.  She also previously worked in the medical field on a part-time basis assisting a neuroradiologist who reviewed imaging related to motor vehicle accidents and medical malpractice.

One of Courtney’s strengths is her high standard for client satisfaction. Her proactive approach to files coupled with her personable nature has been acknowledged by the Langley office’s corporate clientele base.  In addition, Courtney takes a personal interest and responsibility for client matters including all aspects of a file’s progress, including chronologies, review of medical records and reports, and drafting applications.

She joined Virgin Law Group when Magellan Law Corporation merged in October 2023, and then permanently transferred to the Vancouver office in February 2024. 

Courtney also enjoys dance, concerts/performances, anything related to late 90’s/00’s pop-culture and watching Amaury Guichon or #fails (while laughing with her family).
